Abstract


Through the macro environment analysis , industry competitive analysis , customer demand and operating conditions of the KEMA of Guangzhou certification company 's competitive strategy selection and implementation research , hope to initiate more people in the industry on the importance of strategic management , prompting the European certification industry to the healthy and sustainable development . This paper mainly deals with the corporate strategic management theory , in particular, focus on differentiated application of the theory of strategic management and diversification strategy management , combined with the actual operations of the company case studies . In this paper, research methods , including : the PEST analysis macro environment research, Porter five competitive forces model analysis of the industry environment , SWOT analysis discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise as well as the opportunities and threats .
