Abstract


SMEs play an important role in China's national economy and social development . However, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many constraints and obstacles , including difficulties in financing is the most prominent contradictions . How to ease the financing problems in the current process of the development of SMEs in China has become an important issue . In this paper, the investigation of the financing situation of SMEs in China , and analyze the root cause of the difficulty in financing from abroad to support SME financial system based on the combination of China 's specific national conditions and build a diversified financial system to support the development of SMEs in China . In this paper, from both theoretical and practical aspects of the financing problems of SMEs in China a more systematic study , the main contents and conclusions are summarized as follows : 1 . Brief introduction to the literature of foreign study SME financing , the financing of SMEs theoretical explanation , and the construction of the theory of the financial system and support the development of SMEs . Compare a typical national the SME financial system mode , and pointed out that the United States is the market -oriented the SME financial system , while Japan, South Korea , the government -led financial system for SMEs , and summarizes the international experience and the Enlightenment to China . 3 with SME financing and financing characteristics analysis of the financing situation of SMEs , and the use of empirical proof. 4 . Analysis of the source of financing of SMEs , the lack of various systems and imperfections in the formation of the plight of China 's SME financing China's economic and financial system change process . The fundamental reason is the lack of financing of SMEs , diversified financial system , which basically restrict the rapid development of SMEs . 5 . Based on the results of the above analysis , the fundamental way to ease the financing problems of SMEs in China is to establish a wide range of SME financial system . This system mainly includes three parts, namely the system of indirect financing of SMEs , SME direct financing system and SME financing service system .
