Abstract


With the transformation of government’s functions and the reform of the system for the management of state-owned assets, State-owned Assets Holding Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred as HSAHC) in Hefei is confronted with the transition from single stock-holder enterprises to diversified assets investment companies. Therefore, it is essential to make a research into the development strategy of the company at this time.Based on the research for strategic management theories and methods of international and domestic, the dissertation makes use of the PEST method and the SWOT method to analyze the developing environment and the inner condition of HSAHC, as well as the core business of subsidiary company of HSAHC, and puts forward the main problems about the company’s development at present. Further more, from the point of the key profit-related stakeholders’, the dissertation puts forward the designs and plans for the development strategy of HSAHC, and establishes its strategic orientation and development target, named“financial services, industrial support, guide-led, innovative breakthroughs and synergies”. Finally, the dissertation proposes some specific measure in the implement, the guarantee and control measures of the strategy in order to help the managers of HSAHC to make better decision in the aspect of the strategy.
