In the 30 years reform and opening-up,power sector in our country has developed greatly and has entered a new stage of large electricity grid,generator network,high voltage and super automation.With the development of production modernization,the power enterprises face talents shortage,so they constantly absorb new power in addition, what is more they improve the overall quality of power sector’s staff through staff training.So it is imperative to strengthen design implementation of power enterprises’ staff training item.Firstly,through the paper’s background and the current condition about both domestic and abroad,the paper illuminates academic and realistic meaning of researching.Secondly,this paper defines concept and character of project,project management,training,and interprets implication and content of training item.Thirdly, this paper summarizes problems of the training item of power enterprises in China. Finally,this paper has optimized design of the training item of power enterprises’ staff in China,and has implemented enforcement plan of the training item of power enterprises’ staff in China.
