Abstract


Based on project management and the theory of earned value management, the comprehensive analysis of the engineering construction at home and abroad on the basis of the information management of existing research results, in the construction of thermal power investment management information system for the following research: from the aspects of organization, management and technology, the thermal power project implementation stage in the organizational structure of information communication and the implementation are analyzed and expounded; Design the total construction investment management process flow chart and flow chart shows the breakdown of schedule, cost management, and formulate the project tracking report system, providing data basis for application of earned value management method; Developed based on the earned value management of thermal power project investment management information system, and the system was applied to the actual engineering, proved it has good practical value. Through this article research, hoping to the investment management of thermal power construction in our country, theoretical research and engineering practice, and provide reference for software development, to promote the project management informatization processes.
