Abstract


As China’s macro-economic environment changes,the electric power marketing activities become increasingly important in the electricity business.With the rapid growth in the electricity sales by the power companies,marketing management has developed rapidly and this has set forth new demands for marketing management.The electricity cost management,as the core business of Beijing Electric Power Company,is the key focus point to improve company profit and efficiency.After analyzing current electricity market condition and Beijing Electric Power Company’s marketing solution,issues were found in electricity cost management,the final link to the company’s customers.This paper provides in deep analysis on the issues in current electricity cost process,designed a more suitable electricity cost management model,as well as purposing new ideas and solutions.
