The purpose of this paper is to apply general theory and the latest research results of benchmarking management to the safe management of Nanyang Power Supply Company to enhance the management level roundly,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and access to modern electricity enterprises.This paper combines the national first-class standard of power supply enterprise and reality of Nanyang Power Supply Company,according to the principles of combining of comprehensiveness and importance,the combining of quantitative index and qualitative index,the combining of feasibility and accuracy,have put forward a set of intact,scientific and safe management index system in detail,include five respects such as safety management,assets management,marketing service,operation of power Networks,human resources,have defined the corresponding evaluation criterion,has carried on validity and credibility analysis.Then choosing the benchmarking according to the trade capability,internal recognition,selection scope,etc.and select compare and find out the difference in accordance with combinative measuring method to find the improvement implementing and improved method continuously.Finally,carry on comparing of the same trade and real example analysis between Nanyang Power Supply Company and Hong Kong Power Company from the aspect of safe management.Through the research herein,there will be very good guidance and reference function for strengthening business administration,setting up the effective management mechanism of modern enterprises,popularizing and applying the benchmarking management theory.
