Abstract


Countries the opportunity to \on the basis of conditions in China , an effective incentive grid Corporation of price cap model to improve production and operational efficiency improvements . The model overcomes the limitations of the base period prices is difficult to determine the retail price index price index improved power transmission project , a true reflection of Grid Corporation of the actual input price changes ; theory of comprehensive use of data envelopment analysis ( DEA ) and Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) , reasonable assurance as to the efficiency factor X . Grid investment factor and the introduction of the power supply quality indicators further develop the proper incentives of price cap model . Improve results and final instance analysis table , the model can be used for monitoring the growth stage grid electricity transmission and distribution , as compared to the traditional model , its operational stronger and also more readily accepted by the grid company .
