Abstract


According to the theory of project management , through the analysis of the problems faced by the traditional transmission construction enterprises , the transmission construction enterprises for business work is project - based , and often at the same time facing a multi - project management , project management should be implemented . Enterprises and project management mode variable sector management , process management , object management , a way of management by objectives . Established transmission construction enterprise project management (EPM) organizational structure; constructed resources to optimize the allocation process of planning and implementation stages ; proposed enterprise projects based on ISO9000 By analyzing enterprise management features , characteristics of project management and ISO9000 quality management content management platform ; based on Maslow 's hierarchy of needs theory , proposed incentives .
