Abstract


With the development of global economic integration, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the market environment has become increasingly complex, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between supply chain. The technical level of Chinese enterprises and organizations, with a large gap exists between the advanced enterprises in developed countries, and the majority of the OEM side can only fight from OEM order business to survive in the advanced enterprises. The fierce market competition, China and many foundry industry is facing various risks encountered huge test notebook foundry industry is a type. In order to improve the competitiveness of the laptop OEM industry, to ensure that OEM laptop supply chain agility and reliability, this paper theoretical analysis of supply chain risk management in the supply chain environment various risks encountered by the laptop OEM industry to establish a complete set of laptop OEM industry supply chain risk management methods.
