Abstract


Standardization of information technology by the intersection of information technology and standardization of a new technology disciplines, it is standardization in the field of information technology penetration and extension of the results, the premise of the promotion and popularization of information activities and information technology, information construction an important foundation for work and development. At present, China is a member of the WTO, In order to obtain more business opportunities on the principle of fair competition, China has developed a wide range of industries in many countries standard. Based on this study in order to tie in with the implementation of national standards and the implementation of existing in many industries, the industry standard system and the preparation of standard system. With other industry, machinery manufacturing industry has also developed a number of national standards, and manufacturing-related standards are increasing every year, revised and updated, but the industry has not yet come up with a set of standard system. Therefore, the standard system for research in the field of machinery manufacturing industry is imminent. In the increasingly fierce competition in the machinery manufacturing industry, the standardization of information technology will directly affect the economic efficiency of the machinery manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, China's machinery manufacturing sector due to the application of information technology standard system construction vacancies resulting from the standard formulation, revision and implementation problems, on the basis of studying and applying the basic theory of the standard system, combined with China's machinery The manufacture of the actual situation in the field of standardization work to build the framework of the application of information technology standard system of machinery manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical studies, the use of network database system technology developed a set of machinery manufacturing enterprises in the application of information technology standard system management system, modern management methods used in machinery manufacturing enterprises in application of standard system management, help to improve the the competitiveness of China's machinery manufacturing enterprises to create better economic benefits. The main content of this paper and the key issues to be solved, machinery manufacturing enterprises in information technology application standards framework to build and establish a system based on a complete, state-of-the-art level, suitable for China's national conditions and the actual situation of the machinery manufacturing enterprises , reasonable structure, operational application of information technology standard system, used to guide the enterprise information projects. The results of this paper can be applied in practice, research results for the smooth implementation of the machinery manufacturing information engineering to provide a favorable technical support to achieve the interconnection between the various application systems, interoperability, interoperability and resource sharing, and ultimately to the enterprise with to the significant economic and social benefits.
