Abstract


2008 on the listed company's equity refinancing behavior again become a hot research by Chinese scholars . China 's listed companies whether there are timing ; if there is , what is the main influencing factors ? Existing domestic research more than only from the microeconomic factors , has been unable to fully explain the behavior of China 's listed companies equity refinancing ; based In this article, starting from the actual conditions of China , the study focused on the effect of macroeconomic factors and empirical research . The main content of the thesis : refinancing An Empirical Study of the status quo and the different financing summarized drawn significant equity financing preference as the foundation and pave the way for the below experience and empirical analysis . Timing of special consideration and then macroeconomic factors affect the timing of the listed companies financing , according to the facts of Chinese exchange rate , refinancing aspects of the policy, monetary policy , the analysis assumptions , and then through a series of empirical research methods , refinancing of listed companies comprehensive empirical study , the method used is the unit root test , cointegration analysis and Granger causality test , and concluded : Overall, our financing timing problem exists , but its main influencing factors macroeconomic factors , particularly the policy factors . Finally on our existing listed companies to refinance existing policy issues as well as the possible consequences of the analysis , and put forward policy recommendations .
