Abstract


Engineering change is considered to be the duration of the project delays and cost overruns , the main reason for the attention devoted to the construction project management process . Etc. and then take measures to change event has occurred often can not play a very good effect , however , an urgent need to advance management tools . In this paper, based on the interaction between the Dependency Structure Matrix analysis of the work , in order to achieve the purpose of identify changes in advance of the implementation process of the project . And further engineering change prediction by using Monte Carlo simulation . The paper develops a method to verify the effectiveness of this system to determine the method based on the information flow of the buffer is used to control the negative impact of the change , and the use of system dynamics modeling . Finally, this paper NET framework will change prediction systems and change management system integrated into the WEB system . The result provides a new engineering change management prior analysis tools for the engineering construction project change management .
