Abstract


"Three dimensional rural issues"—the solution to this problem is to increase the income of farmers and the improvement of their living standards.The central government pays much attention to it.In the new period,in order to promote the development of rural economy,Jiangxi Province as a major agricultural province in the central of China,economic is underdevelopment,"Three dimensional rural issues" is more outstand,increase the income of peasants need support of finance、financial、taxation、as well as legal,the financial support is particularly critical, because the financial support is based on market economy,is the key of changing the "blood transfusion" for "blood".It plays a supporting role for the development of rural economy and the increase of peasants’ income to construct rural finance system. However,rural finance development exists serious problems.It is still difficult to provide loan to peasants and rural corporations,especially to small and medium-size enterprise in the country.A large number of loan are invested in urban made rural financial shorter,which has seriously hampered the development of rural economy and increase of peasants’ income.This paper is based on the calendar year of the "Statistical Yearbook of Jiangxi province" and" Statistical Yearbook of China financial".Select three indicators of Jiangxi’s province rural resident’s per capita annual net income and loans per capita of rural residents and loan Ratio of rural finance to study relations of rural finance development and rural economic growth.Through the establishment of some mathematical models and the use of some mathematical software,some conclusions are drawn:that the current rural financial system and the conflicts that exist between the development of the rural economy,and analysis of the reasons for its existence. Finally,based on income and capital investment farmers must exist between the dialectical relationships to insufficient capital investment is the main reason for restricting farmer income as a starting point.Introduced and used community bank to reform and improve the Jiangxi province system of rural financial further,Jiangxi province rural financial must support the rural economy further.The need for reform of the Jiangxi province rural financial system and proposed a number of measures.
