Abstract


In today’s world,with the economic globalization and the pervasive significance of information technology,enterprise environment of a growing complexity has played an increasingly important role in the subsistence and development of an enterprise. Organization niches theory is an important research field of organization ecology which explains the strategic relationship between organization and the environment from the view of organization niches.Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) become major powers of economic development,taking extremely important position in Chinese economy.The growth speed of the SMEs is related to its eco-environment,which make much bigger influence than any other factors on enterprise’s organizational structure,the intemal procedure and the management decision.Along with economic globalization,competition internationalization and the deepening reform of China’s economic,the SMEs’s external environment becomes more indefinite and complicated.Therefore,how to grasp the small&medium enterprise external environment,to adapt the external environment accurately have became an important factor which promotes fast development Of the small&medium enterprises.This article first summarizes the different definitions of SMEs at home and abroad. then summarizes and analyzes Enterprises Evolution,Organization niche,Business life-cycle theory.On the basis of present situation of small＆medium enterprises and correlative research results,it analyses the extemal.and internal growth eco-enviroument of SMEs.The external eco-environment mainly includes six aspects—the produce market factor,HR environment factor,financing and venture capital factor,Technical environment factor,the service intermediary factor and legal and policy factor.The internal eco-environment mainly includes five aspects—entrepreneur factor,human resources factor,organization structure factor, property right system factor and the enterprise culture factor.On the basis of investigation,the growth eco-environment evaluation system of small&medium enterprises is established.With the expert-estimation method and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weighing of growth environment evaluation system of small&medium enterprises is set up.Based on the weighing size,we try to find the key factor of the SMEs,which affects the internal and external eco-environment, constructs the growth eco-environmental key factor interactive model of the SMEs.It will make the SMEs use the external environment fully,create own microscopic eco-environment and promots own development in their growth developing process.
