Abstract


Property rights are important and scarce social resources , different economic organizations on the same property value judgments and operational capabilities are different. The process of transfer of ownership in the enterprise want to find the price and trading system choice is very important , the same property in different trading system to pay for transaction costs and the resulting transaction price is different. Accordance with the \as an effective market price discovery mechanism , are increasingly being used in business transactions of property rights . Using competitive auction approach all businesses have the opportunity to participate in a relatively fair competition. Through market pricing mechanism, easy to form a market equilibrium price , allocation of resources to enable enterprises to achieve Pareto efficiency. Main object of this study is limited by the physical form is the basic characteristic of the trading behavior of corporate interests , not just state-owned property . Articles in the introduction of enterprise property rights trading and auction on the basis of relevant theories to the subject matter of enterprise property rights for the auction , property transactions of the enterprise under the assumption in the general settings and the optimal reserve price auction mechanism design problems. And is based on the actual case data by empirical methods proved auction auction premium rate selection and the correlation between . Meanwhile, the current property rights trading market auction commonly used to compare and make further improvements , innovation put forward a small rise in hybrid auction , improved second price sealed auction and the first two-stage auction price is more suitable for these types of auction trading enterprise property rights to the fight against collusion and obstruction aspects into better performance . Finally, the current property rights trading market, a number of problems raised some policy recommendations.
