Abstract


Developing the high-tech industry to enhance the national competitiveness, is not only the world economic development trend now, but also our country economic development strategic choice. The venture capital is the propeller which the high-tech industry forms, therefore also obtained the fast development rapid. But our country venture capital development began later, and the risk capital and venture capital company has increased fast, so it will have the problem unavoidably in the actual investment decision. Therefore, researching venture capital project screening has the important significance. On the background that our country venture capital project screening appraisal exists insufficiency and question, this article analyzes the actual venture capital project screening appraisal case appraises and proposes that it should establish a set of project screening evaluation criteria in the venture capital project screening appraisal process and also need to follow certain evaluation program to reduce the question which exists in the investment process, and choose the high quality project which has big potential, risk small.This article has systematically and comprehensively reviewed the domestic and foreign literature and the venture capital project screening appraisal theory. Then it proposes to construct the venture capital project screening appraisal’s procedure and the standard and establish a set of complete assessment method, and has made the case analysis. This article divides the venture capital project screening appraisal into two stages: First, venture capital project preliminary screening appraisal, according to whether to conform to investment principle of the investment company, from the macroscopic angle, mainly analyzes, the influence factors which include profession domain, enterprise development stage, investment scale, geographical position and so on. It main adopts the subjective analysis method. Second, venture capital project thorough screening stage, according to whether to conform to the investment company’s value of each contribution principle, from the microscopic angle, mainly analyzes investment subject’s commercial prospectus’s quality, entrepreneur and management team, technology and product, market prospect, finance, and so on .it stresses to carry on the analysis appraisal with the objective analysis method.
