There are wide application and development prospects in food,health products,medicine and other industries.According to the study of immune regulatory function of the evaluation index for food lactoferricin in the immune regulation of the evaluation,conducted the study on the molecular level.In vitro,using MTT detected lactoferrin in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells and spleen lymphocyte immune stimulation,the results showed that 95.6 percent of purity the lactoferricin and 40.6 percent from the rough-lactoferrin have the role of the promotion of T,B lymphocyte proliferation,but the 95.6 percent of lactoferricin match different concentration,the higher the concentration was found not stimulate greater role,but in the 100μg/mL achieved at the maximum.In vivo through the spleen,thymus,the immune cells,macrophages and humoral immune function engulfed the regulating role of the evaluation.Results show that the Lfcin on the lower immune mice spleen,thymus have a protective effect,can significantly improve the lower immune mice macrophage phagocytosis,can significantly enhance the immune antibody-producing cells in mice lower secretion,increased serum dissolved hemoglobin content of lactoferrin had significantly enhanced cell-mediated immunity,the role of humoral immunity.The study,by the molecular level,was related to the IL-2,IL-4,IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-αin the regulating role of the evaluation.The results showed that lactoferrin in the IL-2 has significant influence,and 40μg/mL lactoferrin affected IL-2 the most.Lower in mice immune status,gavage three hours,lactoferricin caused inflammation of the first factor TNF-αconcentration increased,and at this time as the protection of IL-10-type anti-inflammatory factors greatly increase the concentration to inhibit TNF-αbring the impact of the body,and the IL-10 inhibited the great concentration of the same type of Th2 cytokines IL-4,IL-6 secretion.Research shows that lactoferricin both in the short term can have a major impact on the body,can also have a major impact on the body in long-term process,playing a functional immune regulation.
