Abstract

The essential characteristics of the soil is a structural and biological. Soil organic matter (SOM) is a structural and biological soil with the basic material, which is also a condition of life activity of the product life activities. Soil humus soil science and the environment has been a hot issue in the field of research. Humic substances is the subject of soil organic matter, according to the traditional methods include humic acid (HA), fulvic acid (FA) and humin (HM) and other three components. With the widespread use of pesticides, in recent years, the severity of soil organic pollutants has become increasingly attracted attention. Organic pollutants on soil and the interaction between, people have done a lot of research, is now generally considered to be in soil organic matter composition on the adsorption of organic pollutants play a major role. Soil organic matter of soil humic substances as an important part of the role of pesticides also affect important aspects of the biological activity of pesticides. Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) of organochlorine pesticides (Organochlorine Pesticides) was 1983 ban on the use in our country, but because of its high residual resistance is still in the soil, food and other fields detected. So far, at home and abroad for the environmental behavior of POPs have more studies, and for soil humus studies of POPs have been reported rarely. In response to this situation, the paper applied research and mining were detected by gas chromatography test methods indoor simulation study of the province from a dynamic process under different land use types of soil DDT (DDT) and BHC (BHC) Residual Distribution, POPs In the distribution of soil organic matter, soil HA interaction with POPs and POPs in the short-term culture conditions, the distribution of soil organic matter. Through this test, to find out the soil in Jilin Province POPs (mainly DDTs and BHCs) of residues; understand DDTs and BHCs in the soil water solubles (WSS), fulvic acid (FA), humic acid (HA) and humin (HM) in the distribution ratio; identified through short-term training, DDTs and BHCs in black soil WSS, FA, HA, HM the allocation problem; explored DDTs and BHCs and soil adsorption of HA interaction between the soil organic matter and POPs in interaction studies provide new information. The results were as follows: (1) 24 samples, γ-BHC between the content of 0.00615mg/kg-1.495mg/kg, PP'-DDT content of 0.59mg/kg-1.39 mg / kg between, according to \Soil Environmental Quality Standard GB 15618-1995 \; For PP'-DDT is concerned, 24 samples of approximately 87.5% of the sample belongs to a standard, 8.3% of the samples belonging to two criteria, 4.2% of the samples belong to three criteria. BHCs in most soils can detect, where, γ-BHC in the soil is the most widely distributed. (2) the components of soil organic matter on the γ-BHC and PP'-DDT adsorption and soil organic matter on the proportion of each component, the component content is relatively high, the adsorption γ-BHC and PP'-DDT in relatively large amount. (3) HA on the γ-BHC adsorption increased with increasing concentration of HA. HA powder adsorption on the γ-BHC HA solution than the adsorption ability. BHC soil humus on the Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation, humus adsorption on γ-BHC is the physical and chemical adsorption. (4) as the culture time, adding to the soil in the γ-BHC and PP'-DDT in soil, WSS, HA, FA, HM residues is dynamic trends. γ-BHC and PP'-DDT in soil WSS, FA, HA showed a gradual change in the adsorption of an increasing trend, but in the soil WSS, FA trends in small changes in the soil adsorption of HA trend is more obvious; γ -BHC and PP'-DDT in soil HM showed a gradual change in the adsorption decreasing trend, decreasing trend is more obvious. With prolonged incubation time, into the soil in the γ-BHC and PP'-DDT in soil humus in the soil migration occurs mainly between HA and HM.
