Abstract


With the rapid development of the socio-economic and global acceleration of the industrialization process , induced by the possibility of the occurrence of new environmental risks , especially the occurrence of disasters in recent years, a variety of environmental risks has caused widespread concern of the countries and international organizations . Environmental risk assessment and environmental risk management has become an important part of the protection of the ecological environment , the maintenance of public health . Environmental risk management research environment a new topic in the field of impact assessment , environmental risk management has become an important and indispensable part of building chemical accident hazard class project environmental impact assessment . This paper through a specific chemical class project study of environmental risk management , environmental risk management system of the chemical class project to provide some reference paradigm of the chemical class project construction . The main body of the first project environmental risk identification , layout and rationality , producing pollution aspects , pollution sources and pollutants , regional environmental analysis in accordance with the actual situation in Weifang Rainbow 100 tons of chlor-alkali project , and the project environmental impact assessment . Subsequently in this article project environmental risk analysis derived the vicious accident factors and the risk of leakage in transportation and other areas , the analysis of the results of the environmental risk assessment and environmental risks for the project . Next, the article describes measures to prevent environmental risks in the storage, transport , process equipment design and production process , and establish a plant emergency plans and emergency rescue plan . Through a series of preventive measures , prevention and mitigation of accidents , reducing accidents on the surrounding environment and human health hazards .
