Abstract


China is the world's first major coal, coal is China's main energy a major impact on China's economic and social development. But for a long time, China's coal mine safety accidents have occurred due to a variety of causes, to the safety of life and property of the people and China's international image a serious impact to solve the problem of the safety of coal has become a major event involving almost the national economy and people's livelihood, imminent. Compared to the state-owned coal mines, local coal mines by the impact of the economic conditions, the quality of personnel, casualties of frequent the prominent contradictions security, the security situation is particularly grim. According to statistics, China's coal industry, more than 6,000 people died each year due to security incidents accounted for 2/3 of the local coal mines can be said that the local coal mines are the principal contradiction restricting coal mine production safety. Therefore, the actual situation of the local coal mines, to explore the root cause of the local coal mines, to take effective measures to prescribe the right medicine to reduce the local coal mine safety accidents, to protect the personal safety of coal mine workers, coal mine production safety an urgent problem to be solved, but also the meaning of this writing . To verify the validity of the findings, as well as to the combination of theory and practice, people-oriented management approach in Weifang, Shandong coal mine Zhu Liu has been verified.
