Objective: summary and analysis of clinical cases to explore the titanium plates mandibular fracture fixation and efficacy of the treatment of its mandibular fracture fixation treatment used to provide theoretical support and treatment are summarized in some of the ideas and experience. In follow anatomic reduction, rigid fixation, non-invasive surgery, early exercise four principles, reduce complications, shorten the treatment period, early recovery jaw function, early chewing eating. Conclusion: Titanium Plate fixation apply to any part of the mandible fracture, the fracture on the bit, postoperative occlusal relationship, the opening degree of recovery, after eating, clinical care and patient satisfaction, etc. have achieved very satisfactory therapeutic effect. Plate is fixed with double fracture healing enabling more stable. Supplemented Craniofacial elastic bandage or intermaxillary traction can be an effective treatment of postoperative occlusal interference.
