Abstract


Mass customization is a new mode of production , which according to the specific needs of each client , with the efficiency of mass production of customized products , in order to achieve the customer's individual and mass production are integrated. In this paper, the key technologies for mass customization as the research object, radial tire mold as the application object , the configuration of the product of a series of related theories exploratory study . Analysis of the radial tire mold can be customized , and its a module division, established a target for the radial tire mold coding system proposed GBOM tree structure of a relational database with a mapping algorithm and WEB-based customized system processes, introduced for mass customization of product configuration management system developed by other key technologies, including ASP-based website building customer requirements capture technology, based JT2Go page displays three-dimensional graphics technology and UG-based parametric design technology , product configuration management full functionality. Feasibility Analysis on custom mold and theoretical studies based on the Dongying Jintai Tire Rubber Machinery Co. radial die for the application object, combining VB6.0 and Access databases developed based on customer demand for the product configuration system, client requirements and product information stored in the database for the subsequent production play a guiding role .
