Abstract

In this thesis, a typical azo compounds - Sudan I in carbon nanotube membrane modified electrode electrochemical behavior , the establishment of a high sensitivity of the method for the determination of Sudan I and Sudan I in carbon nanotube film modified electrode electrochemical reaction mechanism to carry out a detailed study . Specific study is divided into two parts : ( 1 ) comparison glassy carbon electrode studies Sudan I in carbon nanotubes film modified electrode surface oxidation behavior prove that carbon nanotubes Sudan I oxidation on the electrode . has a very high catalytic capacity . Examined in detail including the pH of the solution , the polarization potential factors affect the catalytic oxidation response has been the best experimental conditions modified electrode catalytic oxidation of Sudan I , as the basis for the establishment of a sensitivity (21.56μA mM -1) , selectivity, wide linear range (1.01 × 10-6-1.22 × 10-4 M) , low detection limit (12.7μM) Determination of sudan I method . Moreover, the modified electrode has a good stability for the Determination of Sudan I , can significantly reduce the degree of passivation of the electrodes . ( 2 ) by cyclic voltammetry , constant potential electrolysis electrochemical means , and supplemented by means of UV - visible spectroscopy , optical research group Sudan I azobenzene (─ N = N ─) in carbon nano tube film modified electrode electrochemical reaction process . Calculate the kinetic constants of the number of electrons participating in reaction and the number of protons, and a homogeneous chemical reaction occurs in the solution . Summary of experimental phenomena and data processing has been modified electrode electrochemical reaction mechanism Sudan I in carbon nanotube films : according to the solution pH value of the different reactions of Sudan I experienced two different processes , they the electrode reaction step, the electronics and number of protons involved in the reaction and the reaction product has a clear distinction. Prior to that, never Electrochemical Reaction Mechanism of Sudan I reported .
