Abstract


Xi’an is China’s one of the many colleges and universities gather-areas,doubled the number of university students,this part of the crowd has become an important part of the urban population.In recent years,with the social development of the situation surrounding colleges and universities in Xi’an appear more and more people renting, including university students,university graduates,as well as colleges and universities around the office as well as colleges and universities engaged in the service industry relies on migrant workers and so on,due to a variety of reasons around the tenants live on campus.Through the existence of objective reality and rational sociological perspective,we have to face this part of the objective needs of the crowd.However, colleges and universities around the rent for the old-type unit,often 80,90 for families during the construction and design,and spatial patterns of aging,the standard lower,but the structure is still middle-aged,"removal of a new" does not conform to a conservation-minded society and the concept of sustainable development,"and continue to live here," many families are not satisfied with the new demands of living,"foreign leasing" is difficult to split because of the spatial pattern of the current lease and not meet the special needs of living.Colleges and universities around the papers’to rent for the unit-based research through a lot of research on the analysis of the data revealed the Xi’an-based colleges and universities around the rental unit and rental of various properties of the internal functions of residential rental space in the course of the various issues;and through colleges and universities around the rental of personal property and rental status of the research analysis,the clarity of their rental needs and further the transformation to draw the contents of the residents of rental demand.Papers to a well-off living goals and objectives of the proposed minimum residential design specifications as the basis,the establishment of cell-based transformation of the performance of rental evaluation factor to guide the different types of transformation of the design unit to rent.Finally,the thesis focused on the transformation of cell type to rent the principles, methods,and conduct in-depth transformation of models to explore innovative of "modules"(unit block) the transformation of ideas,through the functional space the best combination of cell transformation model,eventually come to the residential rental unit type transformation model "model",I hope through this model to guide the establishment of more rental units in the transformation-based design,but also want to study for future work forward.
