Abstract


With the overall improvement of living standards,as well as housing construction markets were flourishing,to the people’s living standard has greatly improved accordingly.It is only the beginning by the most concerned about the residential area to the mid-size with attention now turning to domestic detail,user-friendly, comfortable environment for the design of these three areas of concern..Thus, "Balcony" element is also with the details of the residents hope there is an urgent request to become a modern residential building design problem can not be ignored, but also become the building designers to focus on and capture one of the elements.This article first balcony concept defined by its origin,history and the development process on that balcony as a special type of space,should have a continuation of multiple functions into one,such as visitors,leisure and so on.Balcony of the material exist in small voice for the residents provides a self-cultivation,reverting to simplicity of the outdoor space,and its application and the healthy development of people and nature to enhance the exchanges and harmonious relations,at the same time on the living environment of eco-development and regional Interpersonal relations promotion will play an active role in the incalculable.Secondly,in recent years people’s living conditions improve requirements - person household gardens,balconies and other forms of new balcony at the residential development of the situation will continue to emerge through the analysis of residential building in the evolution of trajectory Balcony summed up the modern residential Terrace the development trend of the evolution of characteristics and factors that affect the balcony.In the above-mentioned theoretical studies,based on the content of this study inorder to better design practices applied for contemporary residential terrace morphology and function,this article summed up the design units with balcony design many elements,including:the location of the design of the balcony as well as functional space and its links with modeling the form of balcony,terrace security problem,balcony and terrace diversified regional design and other related issues.Throughout the study process,the contents of this paper,mainly through the comparative analysis and summary of these two research methods derived from,and through some examples to illustrate the combination of questions.
