Abstract


At present our country faces competition from land, resources and environment construction waste unquestionable exacerbating the strain. The source of the construction waste reduction in environment and for research to solve the dual crisis has active resources of realistic significance. On the one hand: construction waste reduction can reduce the emissions of construction wastes, thus alleviating the pressure of land and the environment; On the other hand: the construction waste reduction can reduce the materials unnecessary consumption, so as to achieve the purpose of saving resources, and reduction process saving material can bring certain economic benefits.This paper first briefly introduces the basic theory of construction wastes, and summarized the developed countries advanced concepts of construction waste management with practical experience. Then it analyzes the promoting architectural garbage reduction management theory basis, the circulation economic theory and sustainable development theory. And on the basis of analyses the meaning of the construction waste reduction and China construction waste reduction management in some problems existing in operation. Focuses on the construction waste management methods, from the source reduction architectural design, construction and demolition of the stages of management methods to analysis, trying to the whole process of production field from architecture to explore the construction waste reduction management methods for the construction industry, carry out various participating subject quantity-reducing production provides some feasible Suggestions and methods. Then it introduces game theory knowledge, the paper analyses the architecture garbage reduction management process in the relationship between participating subject, constructing the environmental management and construction enterprise, the owner and design unit of each game model between a game model to solve equilibrium and analyze draw some Suggestions to promote the quantity-reducing production.
