Abstract


With the constant development and expansion of the city,the wholesale merchandise that at the edge of the city have been gradually surrounded by urban construction land.The original function of the wholesale markets gradually converts to a new sale mode.And the service objects gradually focus on the low-income people. Therefore,the original service installation and shopping facilities of commercial district could no longer meet the needs of new clients.Meanwhile,many of the conflicts have obviously become a major obstacle of sustainable development to the commercial district.In this paper,it takes Kangfu Road commercial district in Xi’an as an example, looks into it from the points of view of urban planning,and also explores the strategy of transformation and the conflicts during the transformation of the commercial district from the wholesale market to special shopping place of low-income people.Author mainly adopted on basic research method by investing analyzing and resolving.The author also applied professional theory,blended other fields of science such as sociology,economics etc,looked into lots of the chaos phenomenon in the transform course of Kangfu Road commercial district,analyzed its history and the evolution of regional orbit,pointed out the space develop strategies of it.Meanwhile,the author explored the programming and practicing aspects of transformation for the low-income people’s shopping as well.First of all,this thesis sees through the total to grasp the historical evolution and actual status of Kangfu Road commercial district.By the way of analyzing its historical evolution and realistic situation,the author clearly points out that the disordered public space environment and single function are main conflicts during the transformation of the commercial district’s management mode.And they provide for the way of the transformation.The transformation of Kangfu Road commercial district needs to abut upon in the wake of the development of the civic stratagem.In accordance with the needs of the low-income people,it should be pushed on completely from all the levels of regions,commercial district,business function,areas, shops etc.It should be treated from all fields such as sociology,economics,and environments likewise.Secondly,the article anatomizes deeply the main conflicts of Kangfu Road commercial district,analyzes the shopping needs of the low-income people.And based on it,the author explores the planning design and maneuver,tries to touch upon the orderly transformation for the low-income people’s shopping.The key points among that are as follows:the exploration of reconstructive strategy which emphasizes the process of the transformation,the strategy of multifunctional and complex space using, the strategy of low transformation costs,and the strategy of constructing miniature building and miniature shop.Finally,this thesis takes the Kangfu Road commercial district in Xi’an as an example.Based on the research of mode and design countermeasure in realizing the procedural,efficiency and low-cost transformation course of civilization and modernization,author works on the reconstructive mode in building up a shopping place for low-income people,and tries to find a feasible way to realize the reconstructive objective of "building up a shopping kingdom for the low-income group".
