Objective: This paper compares the apical surgery with and without the use of a microscope different root canal filling materials apical closure, to explore the apical root canal surgery using a microscope , it can improve the closed nature of filling materials , thus provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of methods : clinically isolated single collection premolars 80 , conventional root canal preparation, root canal filling and randomly divided into four groups, each 20 . Then were in the root canal under the microscope and visual proceed as follows : ① ② with MTA apical resection and silver amalgam root end filling . 1 , microleakage randomly selected from each group 10 extracted teeth immersed in methylene blue injection . The vertical split root root longitudinal later dye immersion microscope maximum depth . 2, the scanning electron microscope in the rest of each tooth removed from the body , at a distance of 1.5mm from the apical section do slices , the root tip section dewatering, drying , spraying . In the scanning electron microscope observation and measurement section at the filling material and the size of the gap between the teeth . Results : 1.MTA microscope groups leakage visual depth less than MTA group , group less than amalgam amalgam microscope visual group . 2 shows a scanning electron microscope : MTA microscope group intramural fillings and tooth gap is less than MTA visual group , group less than amalgam amalgam microscope visual group . Conclusions: 1, in the apical root canal surgery using inverted microscope can significantly improve the apical root canal sealing materials , but increase rate due to filling materials vary . 2, MTA apical closure is better than silver amalgam.
