Abstract


Red fall-color tree species in Heilongjiang Province were researched in three years. Systemic study on red fall-color tree species were carried on background resources survey, ornamental value evaluation, introduction and planting of Acer pseudo-sieboldianum and so on,findings as follows:(1) Based on background resources survey and analysis,resources directory of red fall-color tree species in Heilongjiang Province was formed.The directory embodied red fall-color tree species 13 families 22 genera 44 sp..(2) A ornamental value evaluation system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process was developed for the aim of getting the ornamental value of red fall-color tree species. According to the evaluation system,44 red fall-color tree species in Heilongjiang Province were judged and divided into four levels by evaluation result.The result was satisfactory.(3) According to the ornamental value evaluation,five excellence red fall-color tree species with garden application potential were filtered out on the basis of resources superiority,market demand,interrelated researches: Acer pseudo-sieboldianum, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Acer mandshuricum, Acer ginnala,Euonymus macroperus.(4) Acer pseudo-sieboldianum was so adaptive enough to grow normally in Harbin,Its adaptation ability was becoming more and more strong along with planting time. The judgement result showed that cold resistance of Acer pseudo-sieboldianum was preferable.(5) Proper soil acidification disposal could advance best ornamental time of Acer pseudo-sieboldianum in autumn.Through prolonging full color date and improving leaves color quality, acidification disposal could also make leaves color more flowery.Thus, acidification measures were meaningful in garden application.
