Abstract

Hemerocallis, the study is a seven newly introduced varieties were studied in the Beijing area growth and development of a comprehensive evaluation on the basis of their ornamental value, and seven varieties of drought, the last two of which The varieties of tissue culture propagation techniques. After nearly three years of open field cultivation trials and related indoor test, obtained results are as follows: 1, open field cultivation Hemerocallis genus seven new varieties H7, H8, H9, H10, H11, H12, H13 in late March in Beijing germination , flowering in early June to late July, early November yellow. The seven plant height between 35 to 65cm, flower Seyan, strains Cong beautiful plump, covered faster. All species has a strong ability to adapt to the environment, the management of the field is relatively extensive, only add moisture to the drought, normal growth and development, winter can be exposed to winter, no obvious pests and diseases. 2, the characteristics of Hemerocallis, using analytical hierarchy process for quantitative evaluation of Hemerocallis ornamental value, select Hemerocallis ornamental characteristics and other characteristics of nine factors (color, flower diameter, amount of flowers, peduncle length, flowering sooner or later, the length of flowering the propagation coefficient, plant type, growing) as a specific evaluation, in accordance with the standards of this score, the introduction of the seven varieties of daylilies score of 1.2749,1.4496,1.3682,1.1864,1.2767,1.5758,1.5186, H12, H13, H8 good performance relative to H7, H9, H10, H11 has better promotion prospects. The results Hemerocallis species selection and garden application and popularization of reference. Hemerocallis seven new varieties of morphological changes in soil water stress conditions and Physiological and Biochemical Research results show that from the form wilting extent to judgment, H12 of drought resistance is slightly stronger than the other six varieties, but the physiological indicator species between the difference was not significant. Hemerocallis water use efficiency (WUE) results showed that the seven species of the daily averages of arrangement for H12 (2.06)> H7 (1.99)> H13 (1.97)> H11 (1.75)> H9 (1.70)> H10 (1.68)> H8 (1.59), indicating that consumes the same amount of moisture is fixed to a greater number of CO H12 2 , i.e. be able to more effective use of soil moisture. The 4 varieties H12 and H13 Tissue Culture, H12 and H13-best implant the stems, and the optimum start of medium MS of 6-BA2.0mg / L NAA 0.2 mg / L. H12 best proliferation medium is MS 6-BA 1.0 mg / L NAA 0.1 mg / L sucrose 30g / L agar 6g / L, H13 proliferation medium MS 6-BA3mg / L NAA0.1mg / L sucrose 30g / L agar 6g / L. H12 best rooting medium is MS IBA0.5mg / L, H13 best rooting medium MS IBA0.5mg / L and of MS IBA1mg / L. Transplanting medium to the 1V perlite: the 1V vermiculite and in 1V peat: the 1V sand higher survival rate of transplant, have reached more than 90%, not significant difference among varieties.
