Abstract

Molecular marker technology , created a large capacity of recombinant inbred population , as the basis for important agronomic traits of soybean QTL mapping is an important content of the soybean genome . Jiyu 47 female parent, the 16th Liaodou parent the of F 7 < / sub > generation recombinant inbred line population is material to construct the molecular genetic map of the groups based on SSR markers , and QTL analysis of its fat and protein content , yield and its related traits and other agronomic traits of 12 traits , laid the foundation for subsequent genetic map of saturated obtained QTL on local soybean yield , high-quality new varieties Breeding has important theoretical significance . The main results are as follows : F 6 -generation on the basis of the work of their predecessors in the research group , was constructed in 2007 , contains 120 lines of recombinant inbred lines F 7 -generation groups. Linkage analysis applications Jiyu 47 × Liaodou , isolated on the 16th of 75 pairs of SSR markers , a genetic map contains 18 linkage groups , including 74 SSR markers , with a total length of 1479.5cM average marker distance 27.1cM. Number of markers in each linkage group between 3 to 7 , the length of the linkage group in the range of 30 ~ 145.4cM . The average spacing of the largest chain group C10 ( F ) , is 36.0cM The smallest chain group C12 ( I ) , is 14.6cm spacing greater than 20 cM interval 47 . Anchor SSR markers , molecular markers in each linkage group distribution is relatively uniform , corresponding linkage groups corresponding to the spectrum of 18 linkage groups and public map , and the order of SSR markers on linkage groups and public The map basically consistent . Using composite interval mapping method to build the map of the Institute , 12 soybean agronomic traits QTL analysis , a total of 11 QTLs detected 9 traits , distributed in eight linkage groups . Most of the traits in the linkage group the aggregated distribution trends , some QTL is positioned in the same linkage group . The QTL contribution rate is greater than 10% of the QTL , the contribution rate is greater than 20% of the QTL 2 to 4 . , Soybean grains per plant QTL Satt372 the contribution rate of 61.78% , suggesting that a major gene , positional cloning has laid a foundation for the next step .
