Under field conditions was studied film cultivation of soybean varieties with different ripening ( Heihe 26 early, No. 8 in the new beans cooked Jiyu 60 late ) and Nitrogen Fertilizer on coated spring soybean ( new beans on the 8th ) and open field after shifting cultivation under nitrogen for spring soybean ( Jiyu 47 ) growth. The main conclusions are as follows: Different Maturity Soybean cultivation covered with dew growth period compared to no significant change after the film height, stem diameter , leaf area index , dry matter content , photosynthetic potential of new beans on the 8th , Jiyu 60 increased significantly ; root traits manifested as increased traffic injuries , root dry weight increase , increase in the number of lateral roots per plant, nodule number and nodule dry weight increased significantly , with new beans on the 8th , the largest increase Jiyu 60 ; film after pods per plant , seed number per plant , seed weight were significantly increased , but also the new beans on the 8th , the largest increase Jiyu 60 ; film had no significant effect on the quality . Within a certain range of nitrogen fertilizer (0-150kg/hm2), plant height, main stem nodes , in the upper section of the length , petiole length , leaf area index, photosynthetic potential , dry matter accumulation increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer ; drum grain nitrogen content of photosynthetic rate increased with the increased first and then decreased to accelerate the trend ; lateral root number, root dry weight increased with the amount of nitrogen , and the flow of the root injury , root vigor, plant nodule number , nodule dry weight with nitrogen volume increased first increasing and then decreasing trends ; pods per plant , seed number per plant and yield was decreased after increasing trend , kernel weight is with the amount of nitrogen increases ; protein and fat content increased with nitrogen increases . With flowering fertilizer to increase the amount of pod distribution , between the middle and upper sections , each section of leaf area, the length of the petiole , leaf index , stem diameter, in the upper part of the petiole , dry matter accumulation , photosynthetic potential with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer after the shift increasing decreasing trend , but the petiole and stem angle showed an increasing trend ; pods per plant , seed number per plant and yield increased first and then decreased , the length of the top section , the top leaf area, top of the petiole length , one hundred no significant change in weight and quality .
