Abstract


Rice Bran is a very nutritive byproduct during rice producing process。And Rice Bran is widely used material in edible fat product, because it has the high level of fat containing (15～20%), reasonable nutrition component and can be getted easily. there are 3 methods for Pretreatment:compression、extrusion and grain leaching craft. This article focuses on the oil Pretreatment processing in the Bran Oil Extraction important role in the design of a Pretreatment system.This paper emphasize on the design of oil Pretreatment Equipment, through a series of tests, the prototype of the key performance indicators discussed.First introduces the pretreatment significance; analysis of different pretreatment technology, and summarizes the impact of oil extrusion the main factor. Second, according to the principle of rice bran oil extrusion and the performance of the system requirements, respectively, the core components of pretreament machine parts separator、drying system、dust catcher were designed and calculated to discuss the system for installation and operation need to pay attention.Finally, the design of a series of performance tests and follow-up test on the productivity, compress rate, temperature and drying rate,grain hardness were tested, test results show that:the device maximum productivity and product quality can better meet the design specifications and the bran oil extrusion industry requirements.
