Abstract


Food safety is ineffable importance. At present China’s food safety issues give a serious impact on people’s health, damage the international image of China. It has aroused great concern and attention by the government and citizens. China have behind the traditional production of food safety factors, also has high technology and international trade under the new food safety factors, there are linked to each other. The essay using the calendar year to the statistical data included china agriculture yearbook, china hygiene yearbook, the international agricultural biotechnology to promote the application of the annual reports, china radiation industry association, Description of the present food security,conventional and unconventional factors analysis, For our particular social and historical stage of development of specific national conditions, use of outstanding foreign experience proposed to further prevent the traditional factors of food security, while the production and processing sectors, we should attach greater importance to non-traditional security factors on human health. Food safety from speeding up the legal system, promote the production mode, strengthen detection technology, increase international exchange and cooperation in such areas as the protection of China’s food safety and the protection of people’s health and put forward policy proposals.
