Abstract

The purpose of airway mucociliary transport system is the body's most important natural defense system endotracheal intubation, can remove harmful foreign particles and pathogenic microorganisms. Airway ciliary cells swing function plays an important role in the transport system. Ciliary beat frequency (ciliary beat frequency, CBF) are the main indicators reflecting the movement of the cilia. Opioids are effective analgesics, it is the main force to reduce pain during surgery, a wide variety of these drugs, which remifentanil opioid jurisprudence in recent years on the new development of its widely used in clinical . Has confirmed that the opioid morphine has no effect on ciliary beat frequency, yet reported lack of remifentanil functional effect on ciliary beat. Therefore, we have designed observed concentration of remifentanil toad palate cilia beat frequency and thus said of Mingrui fentanyl mucociliary transport function. Experimental methods to select 30 of Bufo bufo entities under the microscope more than 2mm × 2mm size separated into mucosal block and divided into a control group and the intervention group, the control group with 0.9% saline, the intervention group with remifentanil be diluted to a final concentration of 1ng/ml, 4ng/ml a 16ng/ml solution, intervention group is divided into more than three dose groups. Each group the mucosal block randomly added saline and a concentration of remifentanil. 5,30,60 min after using phase microscopy and image analysis software to measure the the toad palate mucosal ciliary beat frequency (CBF). Experimental results. Remifentanil 1ng/ml group CBF at each time point compared with control group no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). 2 remifentanil 4ng/ml group CBF in 5min and 30min, and the control group was significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), CBF in 60min when compared with the control group, no statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05). 3 remifentanil 16ng/ml group CBF in 5min and 30min, and the control group was significantly lower (P lt; 0.05) CBF in 60min when compared with the control group, no statistically significant difference (p gt; 0.05). In 5 minutes, the intervention group of three dose groups of CBF decreased CBF decrease with increasing concentration more obvious. Conclusion airway mucociliary transport system (MTS) is an important defense against respiratory tract infection, anesthetics such as inhalation anesthetics and some intravenous anesthetics body cilia beat frequency (CBF) has been confirmed in people and animals, ciliary beat frequency (CBF) is an important factor affecting mucus transport system, both a logarithmic relationship: the cilia beat frequency (CBF) greatly reduce slightly decreased mucus transport rate (MTR). In this study, we have used frog palate as a model to evaluate the remifentanil on mucociliary transport function, mucociliary system as a pharmacological end point of choice is reasonable, because it represents the respiratory linear the main defense of the cortex, the organism and the nature of the natural interface. Frog palate epithelium with mammalian airway epithelium are similar in many respects, the short-term to study drugs ciliary beat frequency (CBF) the cilia nature as impact research. Slow down on this study, remifentanil airway epithelial ciliary beat frequency of airway mucosal damage.
