Abstract


ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observes the efficacy from the clinical aspect of the acupuncture point injection and acupuncture treatment of Functional dyspepsia,and to explore the mechanism of treating FD with the acupuncture point injection with acupuncture treatment from a theoretical and clinical aspects.We hope to explore more effective ways to combat the FD.Method:1.72 cases of patients which is from the Wuhan NO.1 hospital digestive department out-patient cases between July 2008 to February 2009 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Each group has 36 cases.Treatment group is composed by 14 males and 22 females which is 19 to 60 year old,and the average age is 42.25±11.24 years.Control group is composed by 16 males and 17 females which is 22 to 60 year old,and the average age is 43.58±9.72 years.The two groups of patients with gender, age,course of disease and the main symptom of the Chinese medicine comparative situation was no significant difference and comparable (P>0.05). 2.The treatment group is given the acupuncture Zusanli point, Neiguan point and Zhongwan point with 20 min treatment time,then inject 1 ml Huangqi injection into the half Zusanli point once a day and inject the other side Zusanli point in the next treatment. The Control group take Domperidone pill 10mg once and tree times a day.The treatment of each group lasts 28 days.Two groups are observed respectively safety and efficacy(signs and symptoms, points of before and after treatment clinical changes).3.Statistical analysis methods:the data is analysed with SPSS13.0 statistical software.Level of information with Ridit test,X~2 test with count data,measurement data using t test.Result:1.Two groups showno significant difference about the total symptom score before treatment(P>0.05),and have comparable two groups of patients after treatment of Chinese medicine symptoms than the total score before treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).2.In the treatment group of 36 cases,5 cases had recovery,22 cases had obvious effect,8 cases had effect and 2 cases had no effect.The total effect rate 94.44%.In the control group of 36 cases,1 case had recovery,12 cases had obvious effect,13 cases had effect and t0 cases had no effective.The total effect rate 72.22%.The clinical cure rate,markedly effect,effect,the total effect rate of the treatment group were obvious higher than control group(P<0.05).3.The acupuncture point injection with acupuncture treatment of Functional dyspepsia have significantly improved clinical symptoms, and no significant side effects,does not produce drug dependence, the advantages of an affordable price.Conclusion:This study prompt that the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the acupuncture point injection and acupuncture treatment has a good clinical efficacy,which has a better effect than Domperidone group.This research shows that the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the acupuncture point injection and acupuncture meet the clinical reality,and have a obvious effect.It is worth a further research and extension.
