Objective: through the application of laser needle-knife and needle-knife treatment of the two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation , comparing laser knife group , both the efficacy of separate knife group differences were observed before and after treatment visual analog scale and FairbankJC lumbago condition ratings changes , the long-term efficacy , the use of statistical methods to determine the best treatment of lumbar disc herniation treatment . METHODS: The sample selected from March 2007 - March , acupuncture hospitalized patients admitted Taihe Hospital in Shiyan City , according to the order of admission to select 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation compliant , randomized , single number by knitting into the laser acupotomology group , double incorporated into the knife group , were only to accept the laser acupotomology and accupotomology observed before and after treatment , symptoms, signs , VAS pain scores and low back pain condition score Fairbank JC . Of Conclusion: the laser acupotomology and acupotomology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect , but the laser knife group were significantly better than the knife group , visual analogue scale before and after treatment , FairbankJC low back pain condition score than those needle-knife treatment group more meaningful and treatment operations also and simple accupotomology same convenient, it can be carried out in the clinical aspects of the promotion .
