Abstract


A purpose skin pruritus Dermatology common diseases and frequently-occurring disease, the skin was dry desquamation, hypertrophy, chronic damage such as moss-like change and associated with pruritus characterized or itchy skin only without primary skin lesions a longer course of skin diseases. Complex condition, easy to repeated attacks, clinical treatment quite difficult. Western medicine treatment generally given antihistamines taken orally to hormone drugs for external use, but often drowsiness and skin atrophy, telangiectasia and other side effects of Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile skin pruritus have good efficacy and few side effects. We use a nourishing Decoction treatment of cutaneous pruritus taken good effect. Nourishing Decoction through this trial, designed to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of pruritus, which this square in clinical widely used to provide a theoretical basis. 2 methods in all cases from August 2007 to December 2008, Hubei Province Hospital of Dermatology outpatient, collecting a total of 60 cases of cutaneous pruritus. Treatment has randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each. The two groups in terms of age, sex, duration, the difference was not significant (p> 0.05) were comparable offerings. The clinical efficacy of 4.1 between the two groups of 4 results compare the statistical treatment, the treatment group than the control group, a significant difference (p <0.05). 4.2 The two groups pruritus score after treatment compared to the treatment group and the control group were statistically no significant difference (p> 0.05). Secondary symptoms after the treatment of the two groups of 4.3 points compared Statistically, the treatment group and the control group with a significant difference (p <0.01). The total score 4.4 treatment processing, treatment and control groups were statistically significant differences (p <0.05). 5 Conclusion observed through this topic, confirmed the effect of of nourishing Qufeng soup in the treatment of senile skin pruritus, and chlorpheniramine in the treatment of the main symptoms of itching was no significant difference in efficacy in the treatment of secondary symptoms significantly better than chlorpheniramine.
