Clinical Observation of Ping Chuan Ⅰ on 35 Cases with Bronchus Asthma Patients and the Influence of IL-4

Abstract


Objective: To observe Ⅰ on asthma patients with bronchial asthma clinical symptoms, signs and pulmonary function and its effect on serum IL-4 levels. Methods : 68 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group ( 35 cases ) and control group ( 33 cases ) . No. Ⅰ treatment group received oral asthma control given Guilongkechuanning oral capsules were observed in clinical efficacy and lung function and serum levels of IL-4 to improve the situation . Results : 1. Treatment group were controlled rate and total effective rates were 77.1% and 91.4% , a significant clinical effect . Two groups of patients showed significant improvement of symptoms and signs , including the treatment group throats wheezing sound of water fowl and wheeze than the control group , there were significant differences (P <0.05), other symptoms showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Three groups of patients after treatment FEV 1 , FVC, PEF increased significantly compared with before treatment , after treatment there was a significant difference (P <0.05), the two groups showed no significant difference (P > .05 ) . Four groups of patients after treatment serum IL-4 levels were significantly decreased, there is a significant difference (P <0.05), groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions : 1. Ⅰ on treatment of bronchial asthma and asthma significant effect , can effectively control their symptoms and signs , and can effectively improve lung function. 2 No. Ⅰ asthma can significantly reduce IL-4 levels . 3 No. Ⅰ possible asthma by reducing IL-4 levels , reduce the inflammatory cells and release of inflammatory mediators , to achieve the purpose of treatment of bronchial asthma .
