Abstract


Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Hemorrhoids LotionⅢin the treatment of anorectal itching..Methods:60 cases with anorectal diseases were picked out and divided into the treatment group(30cases)and the control group(30eases)。The formerwas given Hemorrhoids LotionⅢfor fumigating and washing and hip bath two times everyday and continued for 14 days;the later was given 1: 5000 PP solution for fumigating and washing and hip bath two times everyday and continued for 14 days。Both groups were compared after two courses of treatment(14days)。RusuIt:The total effective rate of the treatment group were 93.3%、94.7%。The total effective rate of the control group was 70%、73%。The effective rate of the treatment group was better than the other。(p＜0.05) There is no obviously side effect in the treatment。Conclusion:Hemorrhoids LotionⅢhas the function including clearing away pathogenie heat and removing pathogenie heat from blood, detumescence and alleriating pain,astringency and arresting bleeding, activating qi flow and drying the pathogenic dampness.The curative effeet is marked in the treatment of anorcetal diseases.It can improve such symptoms significantly as anal itching,anal swelling,,anal anal moistness. Hemorrhoids LotionⅢis a kind of effective preparation for anorectal itching.
