Abstract


Objective : Clinical observation knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy, clinical methods provide the basis for the widely promoted . Methods: According to the principle of randomized clinical trials , patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group of 30 patients , using knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments ; 30 patients , the use of partial closure with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment ; respectively in accordance with the treatment plan for treatment, after treatment , to determine the therapeutic effect. Select clinical symptom scores and ISOA rated as the primary outcome measures , and observe the results were statistically analyzed and concluded . Results: knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments overall efficiency of 93%, and closed with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment total efficiency of 77% , and the overall efficacy between the two groups compare P <0.05, significant difference between the two groups , the overall knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments effective than partial closure with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments ; significant difference between the two groups , knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments overall efficacy than the control group therapy, while improving patient pain relief , symptoms, signs , etc. are better than the control group , especially in patients with early significant effect. Conclusion: knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatments for knee osteoarthritis with the exact effect.
