Abstract


A, community research purposes to the general population as a control, the evaluation of community health service center in Hangzhou visits and treatment of chronic back and neck disorders are not the patient's health related quality of life; analysis of treatment and non-treatment of chronic back and neck disease health-related quality of life factors. B, research methods a, the study of choice: through a multi-stage stratified random sampling from the city of Hangzhou eight randomly selected three urban areas, randomly selected in each of the three urban community health service center for research. b, survey methodology and content: A field survey research methods, survey by the investigators and face to face surveys with self-rating scale and investigators fill in combination; evaluation of community health services for treatment and non-treatment of chronic back and neck disorders health-related quality of life, treatment and non-treatment of chronic back and neck disease health-related quality of life factors. c, data collection, entry and statistical analysis: EpiData3.1 data entry using SPSS 13.0for Windows for statistical analysis. Study used a chi-square test, t test, ANOVA, non-parametric test, multivariate linear regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis, statistical analysis methods. C, results a, demographic circumstances Community general population sample data show that chronic back and neck community general population prevalence of the disease was 13.0%. Compared with the general population, community, and non-treatment of chronic back and neck disorders clinic with older age, poor living conditions, low educational level of prevalence characteristics. Treatment of chronic back and neck disease prevalence was 51.9%, not treatment of chronic back and neck disease prevalence is higher than the proportion of visits by patients with chronic back and neck disorders, reaching 59.5% of diseased condition is more serious. b, treatment and non-treatment of patients with chronic back and neck disorders clinic compare the quality of life in patients with chronic back and neck disorders quality of life in eight dimensions of SF-36 scale, EQ-5D index and visual analog scale (VAS) score below Community general population, EQ-5D scale problem reports higher than the general population community. Treatment of chronic back and neck disorders quality of life in the SF-36 scale physical function, bodily pain, social functioning, mental health four dimensions and visual analog scale (VAS) score lower than non treatment of chronic back and neck disorders; EQ- 5D scale pain / discomfort dimension of the problem is not higher than reported for treatment of chronic back and neck disorders. No treatment of chronic back and neck disorders quality of life scores in addition to SF-36 scale social functioning and mental health dimensions outside, SF-36 scale six dimensions, EQ-5D index and VAS scores were lower than the general population community. Overall, not treatment of chronic back and neck disorders community quality of life than the general population is poor, than the treatment of chronic back and neck disease better. 3, treatment and non-treatment of chronic back and neck disease factors affecting the quality of life for treatment of chronic back and neck disorders SF-36 scale, EQ-5D index and visual analog scale (VAS) scores of quality of life are the main factors affecting the age , education level, family income, I experienced pain, heart disease, arthritis / rheumatism. EQ-5D scale problem reporting rate of the main factors are age, education level, I experienced pain and stroke sequelae. No treatment of chronic back and neck disorders SF-36 scale, EQ-5D index and visual analog scale (VAS) score of the main factors are age, I experienced pain, heart disease, stroke sequelae, and the number of sick. EQ-5D scale problem reporting rate of the main factors are age, I experienced pain, arthritis / rheumatism, stroke sequelae, and the number of sick. Total number of sick visits for chronic back and neck disorders are not the patient's quality of life more than the scope for treatment of chronic back and neck disorders. D, concluded a, treatment and non-treatment of patients with chronic back and neck disorders quality of life of the general population were below the community to treatment of chronic back and neck disorders lowest quality of life. b, treatment of chronic back and neck disorders affecting the quality of life in patients with primary factors are age, education level, family income, I experienced pain, arthritis / rheumatism. c, did not affect the treatment of chronic back and neck disorders quality of life of the main factors are age, I experienced pain, stroke sequelae, and the number of sick. No treatment of patients with chronic back and neck disorders were sick more the number, the worse the quality of life. Total number of sick visits for chronic back and neck disorders are not the patient's quality of life more than the scope for treatment of chronic back and neck disorders.
