Abstract


At present, the number of outstanding colleges and universities to conduct their pilot training to improve all-round personality and ability to innovate at the core of the general education curriculum reform, the concept of general education has become the focus of China’s higher education reform issues. However, the implementation of general education to win the applause, but also faced with a variety of concepts and systems, such as hindered at the same time. In recent years, research and practice of China has been fruitful in music talents training, but there is no specialized research of the relationship between the concept of general education and music talents training in the papers or books.Based on the study in the theory of music education、art education and the concept of general education, the understanding of the growth of the music talent , as well as the observations and feelings of social status, and then I have an interest in the issue of music talents training. At the same time, I am very fortunate to become the project secretary of the Ministry of Education issue <Northeast Normal University in Art Talents Training as an Experimental Zone for Model Innovation >, which my mentor_ Dr. Yin Aiqing overall responsibility for, and to participate in the process of declaration and implementation. So I selected my thesis topic: <General Education as the Domain of Music Talents Training Northeast Normal University in Music Talents Training as an Experimental Zone for Model Innovation Case Studies>.In this paper, I comprehensive used some research methods, they were: literature, network investigation, observation analysis, case interview, the experience of law. I described the practice of general education currently in China, combing through the history of China’s music talents training, carry out < Northeast Normal University in Music Talents Training as an Experimental Zone for Model Innovation > for case study, then first attempted to examine the issue of music talent training of China with general education as the domain. After the analysis and thinking of practical problems, I put forward my idea. Hope that it could be the theoretical basis for training adaptable music talents for the social development needs, and also be the theory and practice of reference for the innovation of training model of music talents of China.
