Abstract


In this paper through two experiments to study ( 1 ) formative classroom assessment in a non- English PhD students English scientific writing (EATW) teaching , ( 2 ) comparative study in the teaching process using different feedback produced by the different teaching effectiveness, and attempts to explore ( 3 ) in EATW teaching , what kind of feedback to make formative classroom assessment plays in their teaching better results. The originality of this study is reflected in two aspects: First, the formative classroom assessment applied to non- English PhD students English Scientific Papers ; First, by comparing the two experimental study on formative classroom assessment Writing scientific papers in English play effect. Experiments using different feedback given basis , studying the same two levels of teaching content each 32 non- English PhD students for the study, set to the control group and the reference group . Survey methodology including pretest , posttest , feedback, assessment and self-assessment questionnaires him , and quantify qualitative data obtained by these methods of data using SPSS and Excel for analysis. The results showed that: ( 1 ) For EATW formative classroom assessment in teaching has a positive impact , ( 2 ) the application of formative classroom assessment process based on certain criteria to give feedback to obtain better teaching , and ( 3 ) different degrees of promote interaction between teachers and students exchange between learning . This results contribute to research formative classroom assessment in EATW teaching , but also for further research formative classroom assessment in other fields of application to provide a reference .
