Abstract


2008 Beijing Olympic Games successfully held in Beijing , and the quality of service of the Olympic volunteers received worldwide acclaim . To this end , the author from volunteers starting to study them in the service process of self - satisfaction . The author based on the purpose of the study identified three research questions : how college students Olympic volunteers satisfaction ? What factors College Students Olympic volunteers satisfaction impact ? Whether the satisfaction of an impact will they continue to participate in volunteer service ? In research methods of empirical research , supplemented by questionnaire survey , interviews and literature law SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software 10 universities , 627 college Students in Beijing Olympic volunteers own satisfaction survey The questionnaire descriptive statistical analysis , the column associated analysis and chi-square test , and multiple regression analysis . The analysis results show that the student respondents and the volunteers overall satisfaction was significantly related to the satisfaction of the volunteers of the organization , the satisfaction of volunteers, volunteer work , volunteers interpersonal satisfaction and volunteers overall satisfaction was significantly correlated . Moreover, the satisfaction of the volunteers and their willingness to participate in volunteer service between significantly related .
