Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's rapid development of vocational and technical education , higher vocational education teaching staff marked success. In recent years , the state at the same time vigorously develop vocational education , vocational education teachers for the construction of a higher update requirements. Especially for the general practice of Higher Education Teachers low capacity , capacity single structure, the lack of production experience and other issues. Teachers Construction of Higher Vocational College became an important research topic . Through school-enterprise cooperation in the construction faculty, both simple and efficient , school-enterprise cooperation to become vocational teachers' construction important way. In this paper, the basic properties of higher vocational education , combining vocational education training objectives proposed for vocational teachers faculty requirements. By analyzing the construction of school-enterprise cooperation teacher characteristics and significance of the problems and conducted in-depth analysis, puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education teacher team building strategy. This paper not only for vocational colleges teaching staff provide useful advice, and to ensure the quality of vocational education to meet the vocational education reform and development , and promote the development of higher vocational education has a positive meaning .
