Abstract


Higher education in china is changing from elite education to demos education.More and more colleges pay attention to the education mode which adds specialty to technical ability and has gained remarkable effect,which gives competitive pressures on vocational colleges that originally lack advantages.With the enlargement of college construction scale and enrollment,high schools are confronting more and more with double pressures of importing and keeping talents.Vocational higher education,which occupies more than a half in the college education,however,facing with tremendous pressures in importing and keeping talents for lacking of brand superiority and attractions.Head-teachers in vocational college is to manage and teach students’ ideological and political work and their daily life.So quality of head-teachers impacts directly on students themselves and talents training in china.As for the present condition,it’s difficult to select and train head-teachers in vocational colleges.So how to survive and develop in the talents competitions is extremely important and urgent to vocational college,which attach great importance to thinking and exploration.This paper aims at the characteristics and realities of head-teachers management,analyzes the existing problems and conflicts in the present vocational colleges,applies with correlated management tools,detailed discussed the present situation and strategy in the work of college head-teachers management through questionnaire,spot inquiry,spot observation,analysis and research,.According to human nature assumption theories,excitation theories and the human capital theories of T.w.Shultz,it focuses on the present situations and existing problems in the work of head-teachers management.It sates strategies on human resources management and development of head-teachers in vocational college,explores a new pattern which suitable for China through combined spot questionnaire and it infuses new vitality o higher vocational education in china.
