Abstract


With the era of the knowledge economy and industrial structure adjustment , vocational education has ushered in new opportunities , especially in our higher education continue to achieve the \also has many disadvantages , more and more attention has been paid to improve the quality of higher vocational teaching . Vocational teachers as the main participants in classroom activities directly affect the vocational teaching effectiveness . Therefore, the strengthening of the current vocational teacher ranks , comply with the requirements of the new era of higher vocational education , the changing role of Vocational Teachers , has become our problems to be solved . The creation orientation course has a strong practical situational characteristics , in line with the requirements of the development of higher vocational education , and provides a new perspective on the changing role of the Higher Vocational Teachers , for research in this area is also unusual , needs to be further depth of system . This article is based on the background , select insist on the use of creation Orientation Curriculum implementation in teaching in vocational colleges , which provide a useful reference to improve the quality of higher vocational teaching Vocational Teachers' role shift .
