Abstract


In the current development of vocational education , many of the more common vocational colleges exist to manage backward thinking , unequal distribution of income , insufficient incentives for talent , lack of human resources development concepts and other issues, which apply even community vocational large demand for talent can not be well met , but also to some opportunities for economic development and vocational colleges in the competition at a disadvantage. In response to this situation , this study intends to modern human resources development and management theory into vocational college teachers resources development and management work, with X vocational college as a research object , the X vocational college teacher resources development and management status systematic research and analysis to identify X vocational college teacher resources development and management problems , a comprehensive study of existing problems and propose workable countermeasures . Through research, especially X Higher Vocational School Teachers resources development and management practices to provide evidence .
